Recommended race date is Mother's Day, but you can complete your desired race distance on any day you'd like.

Story behind the design: 

I lost my mother to pancreatic cancer on January 8th. She loved hummingbirds and roses and would often share pictures of the roses from her garden on Facebook. Photos of actual roses from her garden were used in the creation of this medal design. Here is one of the photos: 

Whether your Mom is here on this Earth or watches over you from the heavens above, I hope this race gives you a special way to honor your Mom, too.
